Govanhill Baths Community Trust

And if you are looking for the unique and unusual you might like to take a visit to Govanhill Baths. In conjunction with Rags to Riches the Trust is showcasing the work of artists, designers and craft makers specifically from the Southside.

Recycled Jean BasketsWhat makes this different is that all the items on show a have been put together by folk with a passion and flair for recycling, up-cycling and re-purposing materials into the “perfect gift for your loves ones”.

In addition, if you are crafty yourself, or fancy having a go at creating a hand made gift,  by making something new out of what others have discarded,  you can take part in a number of textile and jewellery up-cycling workshops on the day.
