Paying your account
We welcome whichever payment method suits you best:
- Direct Debit — our most popular option; contact the office to set it up.
- Debit or credit card — by telephone on 0141 221 2263.
- Bank transfer — details are shown on your monthly invoice/statement.
- Cheque or cash — by post or in person at our office.
Online payments. Our online client payment portal is currently unavailable. In the meantime, card payments are taken over the phone and Direct Debit remains the easiest way to stay on top of your account. This page will be updated when online payment returns.
Complaints & written statement of services
All clients receive a written statement of services under the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011. If something has gone wrong, contact the office first so we can put it right; unresolved complaints may be taken to the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber).
