These terms only cover using our website and apps. The services we provide to you as your property factor are set out in our written statement of services, which every client receives, and are governed by the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 and its Code of Conduct.

The website and apps show information from our records at the time you look: balances, statements, invoices, repairs, insurance documents and messages. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but a payment or charge may take a little time to appear.
Your formal invoices and statements remain the official record of your account. If something you see online looks wrong, please tell us and we will check it.
General information on this website, for example about our services, insurance or changing factor, is a guide only. It is not legal or financial advice for your particular circumstances.
Cleo (on this website) and Isla (on our telephone line) are automated assistants. They can answer common questions, take messages and, where appropriate, record a repair for our team to review.

We aim to keep the website and apps available at all times, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.
